View your orders, manage your profile, and update your account information.

## Use the same email you've always used with Lash Stuff

However you sign in — email code or SHOP — please use the same email address you've always used with us. That keeps your order history, wholesale or school pricing, subscriptions, and reward history all on one account. Signing in with a different email creates a brand-new account.

## Manage your subscriptions

The easiest way to manage a subscription is inside your Lash Stuff account — sign in above and look for the **Subscriptions** section next to your orders. There you can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime.

Prefer the subscription portal? It's a separate, subscription-only sign-in, so it won't show your regular order history. If you see a message that there's no subscription account associated with your sign-in, you're most likely signed in with a different email than the one on your subscription — try any other email address you may have ordered with, or contact us at support@lashstuff.com and we'll look it up for you.

### How signing in works

Enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in code. There's no password to remember — just type in the code to get into your account.

### Code not arriving?

Hotmail, Outlook, and Live addresses sometimes filter the code into junk or delay it several minutes. Check your spam folder first, then request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us at support@lashstuff.com and we'll help you get in.
