Stocking a lash room

A working lash station comes down to four groups: lashes, adhesive, tools, and prep/aftercare. On lashes, keep mixed-length trays in the curls you use most rather than deep stock of one length. On adhesive, buy in quantity you'll actually finish within 4–8 weeks of opening, since performance drops after that regardless of remaining volume. Tools means at least two tweezers — one to isolate, one to place — plus a lash tile, jade stone or glue holder, and micro brushes.

The prep and aftercare side is where retention is won: a lash cleanser or shampoo, primer, bonder or sealer, gel or foam under-eye pads, tape, and a spoolie for every client. Add a hygrometer so you know the humidity your adhesive is curing in, plus a fan or dehumidifier if your room swings. Keep a small buffer of the consumables that stop you working — adhesive, pads, and micro brushes — and reorder before you're down to your last one.
