Before you sign in
However you sign in — email code or Shop — please use the same email address you've always used with Lash Stuff. That keeps your order history, wholesale or school pricing, subscriptions, and reward history all on one account.
Signing in with a different email creates a brand-new account.
If you sign in with Shop, make sure the Shop account is tied to the same email address you use with Lash Stuff. Your past orders and any account-level discounts won't carry over to a new account. If your Shop login uses a different address, choose the email code option instead.
- Email code: enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code. Check your spam or junk folder — Hotmail, Outlook, and Live addresses sometimes filter it. Codes expire, so request a fresh one if it's been a few minutes.
- Shop: only use Shop if that account is tied to the same email you use with Lash Stuff.
